Marcia Questel is a Postgraduate Associate and Research Fellow in the Child Study Center at Yale University’s Yale School of Medicine. She holds a master’s degree in special education (concentration: autism) and a bachelor’s in developmental psychology, with a focus on developmental disorders. Her work emphasizes autism clinical research, community wellness, and neurobiology through neuroimaging. She is a Content Editor for Science in Autism Treatment and Externship Co-Coordinator for the Association for Science in Autism Treatment.
Research Interests: Her studies explore emotion regulation, executive functioning (EF), and Theory of Mind (ToM) in neurodivergent populations. She collaborates with Dr. Jou in the Jou Lab, which focuses on improving autism care through community partnerships and neuroimaging. She also contributed to the Affect Regulation and Cognition (ARC) Lab’s work on parent-adolescent emotional dynamics.
