Marci Berger

Marci Berger is an Associate Teaching Professor at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. She holds a PhD from Rutgers University/Bloustein School, an MPH from UMDNJ/RWJ Medical School, an MA in Political Science from Rutgers University/Eagleton Institute, and a B.A. from Cornell University.

Research & Teaching Interests: Dr. Berger focuses on health policy, public policy, reproductive rights, and social policy. She teaches courses on poverty in the U.S., gender and public policy, women’s health, and sexual and reproductive health policy. Her work bridges academic research with practical policy analysis.
