Marcelo Cruz is an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, affiliated with the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. His research and teaching focus on urban and regional development, land use, and global community linkages across the United States, Andean South America, and Western Europe.
