Marc Webster serves as Associate Professor of Voice in the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Ithaca College, where he has cultivated artistic development and technical excellence among students for over 15 years. His mentorship prepares singers for international performance careers, graduate studies, and music education roles nationwide.

His recent developmental workshops for new works like The Rip Van Winkles and Rumpelstiltskin and the Unlovable Children demonstrate active engagement with contemporary vocal composition and pedagogical application.
As an educator, Webster guides students toward professional performance careers and advanced training through personalized mentorship focused on artistic identity and career development. His pedagogical influence extends nationally through masterclasses at institutions including Boston University, DePaul University, and Cornell University, alongside adjudication for competitions such as the CS Music Competitions and McCammon International Voice Competition.
