Marc McCann

Marc McCann is an Assistant Teaching Professor at The Pennsylvania State University's College of Health and Human Development, specifically within the Department of Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS). He serves as the Internship Director and Faculty Liaison for the HDFS Alumni Program Group (APG), focusing on preparing undergraduate students for internships and careers in human services through coursework (courses 455, 490, 495A, 495B) and professional networking.

• Education: B.A. in American History (1988) from Columbia University, M.A. in American History (1994) from Penn State.
• Professional Experience: Former social studies teacher at a private boarding school, Program Director for a non-profit aiding at-risk youth, and Executive Director for an organization supporting Penn State's international communities.
