Marc Kurz is a Professor at FH Hagenberg's Department of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). His research focuses on activity recognition, energy data infrastructure, and human-computer interaction strategies for energy literacy. He leads major EU projects like CELINE and ECLIPSE addressing smart city energy systems and open-source energy frameworks.
