Marat Margulis

Marat Margulis is Associate Lecturer in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Derby's College of Science and Engineering. His research focuses on advanced reactor technologies including small modular reactors (SMRs), fuel cycle optimization, and safety analysis.

Recent publications examine neutron spectrum behavior in PWRs, americium-based burnable poisons, and boron-free reactor control systems. Work contributes to next-generation nuclear systems with enhanced safety and proliferation resistance.
