Mar Góngora Davis

Mar Góngora Davis, Ph.D., is a Professor of Spanish at Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a Licenciatura in Filología Hispánica from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1986), and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Spanish Literature from the University of Virginia (1993, 1997). Her research focuses on Early Modern Literature and Culture, Golden Age poetry and prose, and Contemporary Spanish novels.
