Manuela Caruso

Manuela Caruso is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Catania, affiliated with the Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine. She leads the Center for Pediatric Endocrinology, the National Growth Hormone Registry, and the Regional Reference Center for Pediatric Diabetes at AOU Policlinico-Vittorio Emanuele.

She has authored over 200 publications in these areas and contributed to clinical trials involving growth hormone therapy, Laron syndrome, and diabetes management in children. As a reviewer for journals such as Italian Journal of Pediatrics and European Journal of Endocrinology, she actively participates in advancing pediatric endocrinology.
