Manuel Hervas Moron

Manuel Hervas Moron is a full Professor at the University of Seville, affiliated with the Department of Plant Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Faculty of Biology. His research focuses on understanding electron transfer mechanisms in photosynthetic organisms, particularly in cyanobacteria and diatoms. Key areas include the structural and functional analysis of metalloproteins like plastocyanin and cytochromes, their roles in photosynthetic electron transport, and evolutionary adaptations in these systems.
