Mandy Tinkey

Mandy Tinkey is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Duquesne University and serves as Laboratory Director at the Allegheny County Office of the Medical Examiner. She holds a BS in Forensic Chemistry from Edinboro University and a Master of Forensic Science from National University.

Her expertise spans forensic laboratory management, crime scene analysis, and forensic chemistry. She is certified as a Crime Scene Analyst by the International Association for Identification and holds a Certified Forensic Laboratory Manager I credential. Professional memberships include the Society of Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh, Spectroscopy Society of Pittsburgh, and the Pennsylvania Forensic Laboratory Directors Working Group.
