Malli Barremkala, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Foundational Medical Studies at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (OUWB). He joined OUWB in July 2014 and co-directs the Anatomical Foundations of Clinical Practice (AFCP) course while teaching Anatomical Sciences to medical students (M1-M2). His affiliations include serving on committees such as the Embark Project presentation/feasibility panels and Curriculum Integration subcommittees.

- Licensure: Active medical licensure in India with the Medical Council of India
Dr. Barremkala specializes in enhancing anatomy education through medical instructional simulation and curriculum design. His work focuses on integrating anatomical sciences with simulation techniques to improve student performance, as demonstrated by his poster presentation at the 2013 AMEE conference in Prague.
He is a member of international organizations including the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE), International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE), and American Association of Clinical Anatomists (AACA).
