Malavika Sundararajan

Malavika Sundararajan is an Associate Professor of Management at the Anisfield School of Business, Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she has been a faculty member since Fall 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship), an M.S. in Psychology (Cognition), an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Food Service Management.

Her research focuses on the management of personality traits in leaders and followers, AI and consciousness, ethical behaviors, and innovation management. Recent publications include studies on evolutionary psychology in strategic communication, responsible leadership in MBA programs, and neurodiversity in education. She has also contributed to peer-reviewed journals like the International Journal of Strategic Communication and Journal of Business Ethics Education.
