Maja Bašić, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of International Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. She holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Economics from the same institution and has been affiliated with the university since 2008, progressing through roles including teaching and research assistant, postdoctoral researcher, lecturer, and finally Assistant Professor in 2023. Her work bridges academic research with practical engagement in education, having lectured on International Economics, Microeconomics, and Open Innovation.
