Maiwenn Al

Dr. Maiwenn Al is an Associate Professor in Health Technology Assessment at the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has been affiliated with the institute for Medical Technology Assessment (iMTA) since 1992. Her research focuses on methodological advancements in economic evaluations, including modeling studies and handling uncertainty in cost-effectiveness analyses. Notably, she co-developed the cost-effectiveness acceptability curve, a widely used tool for describing uncertainty in cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs).
