Mairi Gaffney is an Honorary Lecturer in the School of Health & Wellbeing at the University of Glasgow. She is affiliated with the Department of Public Health and Health Policy. Her research focuses on occupational health competencies, vocational rehabilitation, and healthcare workforce development.
