Mahshid Zolfaghari is a Doctoral Research Fellow in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Medicine. Her research focuses on applying system dynamics to analyze policy implementation, particularly school-based nutrition interventions like the Norwegian School Fruit Scheme. She holds a Master’s in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen and has contributed to projects such as PEN (Policy Evaluation Network) and FRESKO (Cancer Prevention through Schools).
