Mahmoud Kaddoura is an Associate Professor at the University of San Francisco (USF), serving as Program Director for the Master of Science in Nursing program. He specializes in nursing education and clinical practice, with a focus on critical thinking, clinical judgment, and innovative teaching strategies. His work emphasizes technology integration, clinical simulation, and concept mapping to enhance student outcomes.
Dr. Kaddoura holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Health Professions Education (Simmons University, 2009), a Post-Doctoral Certificate in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (USF, 2019), and a BSN (American University of Beirut, 1992). He previously taught at Duke University and MCPHS University, where he received numerous teaching awards, including the 2018 USF Teaching Effectiveness Award and the 2015 INACSL Excellence in Research Award.
