Magnus Holm is a Senior Lecturer in Automation Engineering at the School of Engineering Science, University of Skövde, where he has worked since 2006. Previously, he spent nine years as a control engineer at Siemens Building Technology. He actively collaborates with industry through the ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena, focusing on research and educational partnerships. Holm earned his PhD from DeMontfort University, England in 2017.

Holm's research centers on decision support systems for workshop operators and virtual commissioning, with emphasis on:
