Magdalena Scheck-Wenderoth

Magdalena Scheck-Wenderoth is a Professor of Sedimentary Basin Analysis at RWTH Aachen University and serves as Director of Department 4 Geosystems at GFZ Potsdam since 2018. She previously directed GFZ's Department 6 Geotechnologies (2016-2018) and has held leadership roles in multiple international programs including the International Lithosphere Program and EGU Division Tectonics and Structural Geology.
