Dr. Magdalena Radomska works as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Art History, Department of the History of Modern Art, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She specializes in post-Marxist art history, focusing on Central and Eastern European art from communist and post-communist perspectives, alongside critiques of capitalism in artistic practices.

Her research examines the intersection of Marxist theory and art from Central and Eastern Europe, particularly analyzing neo-avantgarde movements, political resistance, and post-communist transformations. She has explored Hungarian-Czechoslovakian collaborations during the 1968 Warsaw Pact invasion, hyperrealist tendencies in Polish art, and the role of urban space in post-2008 financial crisis art.
Her publications reflect themes of ideological critique, visual semiotics, and transnational artistic exchange. She has received fellowships from the Courtauld Institute, Magyar Tudományos Akadémia, and Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
