Magdalena Buszewska-Forajta is a Professor in the Department of Fundamental and Preclinical Sciences at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, Nicolaus Copernicus University. She is affiliated with the Faculty of Biological and Veterinary Sciences and contributes to the 'One Health – antimicrobial stewardship' interdisciplinary team. Her research focuses on metabolomics, biomarker discovery, and analytical chemistry, with applications in veterinary medicine and antibiotic resistance studies. She has published 37 articles, achieving a total IF of 88.13 and a ministerial score of 1,815.
Her work integrates mass spectrometry, NGS RNA sequencing, and lipidomics to explore mechanisms in diseases such as prostate cancer and liver disorders.
