Dr. Madhab Neupane is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Central Florida. He received his PhD from Boston College and held postdoctoral positions at Princeton University and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
His research focuses on electronic and spin properties of quantum materials investigated using advanced spectroscopic techniques including angle-, spin-, and time-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. Specific materials systems include topological insulators, Dirac/Weyl semimetals, topological Kondo insulators, and 2D materials.
His research is supported by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, National Science Foundation, and Department of Energy.
