MORENO GABALDON, IGNACIO

Ignacio Moreno Gabaldon is a Professor at the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting, Faculty of Business Sciences, Universidad Pablo de Olavide. His research focuses on financial systems design and behavioral impacts in organizational contexts, particularly in:

• Configuration of management accounting systems for team environments
• Control systems for virtual teams to mitigate dysfunctional behaviors
• International finance and banking product structures

Key projects include R&D initiatives on cooperative frameworks in accounting systems and emotional behavior management in distributed teams.
