MIRCEA-DAN MITROIU

Dr. MIRCEA-DAN MITROIU is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Biology, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. He leads the Invertebrate Diversity & Phylogenetics Research Group and holds affiliations with international organizations like the International Society of Hymenopterists and the Fauna Europaea Database. His career spans roles as a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the University of California Riverside (2016–2017) and postdoctoral researcher at multiple institutions.
