MARIA LUISA CHAS AMIL is a Professor at the Department of Quantitative Economics, Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences, University of Santiago de Compostela. She is affiliated with the Galicia Institute for Research and Development (IDEGA) and participates in research groups including Bioeconomy, Ecological Economics, and Natural Resource Economics, as well as ECO-IURIS (Legal-Economic Analysis) and Ecopesca (Fisheries Economics and Natural Resources).
