M. Scott Demyan is an Associate Professor in Soil and Environmental Mineralogy at the School of Environment and Natural Resources, Ohio State University, joining the faculty in January 2017. His research focuses on soil organic matter stabilization, inorganic carbon dynamics, and ex situ mineral carbonation as a carbon sequestration method. He teaches courses such as ENR 4260, ENR 7530, and ENR 8890.04.
