Mª Rosa Rovira Val

Mª Rosa Rovira Val is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), affiliated with the Department of Business Sustainability and Environmental Prevention and the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA-UAB). She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business from the Universitat de Barcelona and completed postdoctoral studies at Pompeu Fabra University. Her work focuses on sustainable development, urban agriculture systems, and life cycle cost analysis.

Research interests include optimizing water resources (e.g., rainwater harvesting systems), evaluating economic viability of urban agriculture, and assessing corporate contributions to sustainability.
