Lynne Cossman, Ph.D. is a Professor and Dean of the College for Health, Community and Policy (HCAP) at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and Demography from The Florida State University, along with an M.S. and B.S. in Sociology from the same institution. Her research focuses on spatial health disparities, rural health/mortality, and the intersection of social factors with public health outcomes.
