Lynn M. LaValley is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Child Study Center at Yale School of Medicine. With over two decades of experience in speech-language pathology since 2003, she specializes in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders in children and adults, including articulation, phonology, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC). She holds licenses from the Connecticut Department of Public Health and Education, along with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Southern Connecticut State University
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Nova Southeastern University (2002)
Her clinical work focuses on pediatric populations, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down’s Syndrome, Angelman’s Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. She is a member of a special interest group in Augmentative and Alternative Communication and has been recognized for excellence in speech pathology through Strathmore’s Who’s Who and multiple Best of Wallingford Awards.
