Lynette Jackson

Lynette Jackson is an Associate Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) in the departments of Gender and Women's Studies and Black Studies. She earned her PhD in African History from Columbia University in 1997.

• Research on child refugees from Sudanese civil wars

• Co-founder of Where is The Outrage, focusing on sexual/gender-based violence
