Lydiah Nganga

Lydiah Nganga is a Professor in the School of Teacher Education at the University of Wyoming. She was awarded a Fulbright U.S. Scholar grant for the 2024-2025 academic year to conduct Teaching/Research at the United States International University-Africa in Kenya from January to June 2025.

Her research focuses on College Teacher Training within Education, specializing in higher education pedagogy and the professional development of college-level educators. Her work addresses curriculum design and instructional methodologies for teacher preparation programs in tertiary settings.

Her notable recognition includes:

Through her Fulbright grant, Professor Nganga engaged in collaborative teaching and research activities at the United States International University-Africa, strengthening institutional partnerships between Kenyan and U.S. academic entities in educational scholarship.
