Luís Duarte d'Almeida

Luís Duarte d'Almeida is an Associate Professor at the NOVA School of Law (Nova University of Lisbon), specializing in Legal Theory and Philosophy of Law. Previously, he held roles such as Professor of Jurisprudence (University of Edinburgh, 2017–present), Chancellor’s Fellow (2012–2015), and Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow at the European University Institute (2016/17). He earned his Licenciatura (1999) and Mestrado (2003) from the University of Lisbon and a Doutoramento from the University of Oxford (2011).
