Luís Caeiro

Luís Caeiro is a Visiting Associate Professor at CATÓLICA-LISBON, where he serves as Coordinator of programs in Leadership and Human Resource Management, particularly the Advanced Program in Human Resource Management (PARH). He teaches courses such as Strategic Human Resource Management and Leadership and Motivation in Executive Training. Additionally, he has experience as a business manager and former CEO of consulting firms.

His research and professional interests focus on Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Motivation in organizational contexts. He has also worked as an Assistant Researcher at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Lisbon.
