Professor Dr. Lutz Eidam holds the Chair of Criminal Law (including Commercial and Medical Criminal Law), Criminal Procedure Law, and Comparative Criminal Law at Bielefeld University's Faculty of Law. He serves as Managing Director of the Institute for Lawyers’ and Notary Law and is a member of the Bielefeld Center for Healthcare Compliance (BCHC).
