Dr. Lusine Grigoryan is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Psychology at the University of York. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (2019), and prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Ruhr University Bochum and Visiting Scholarships at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and University of Sussex. Her research focuses on intergroup conflict, social categorization, and cross-cultural moral psychology, with a strong emphasis on open science practices. She leads the ERC-funded 'Many Faces of Prejudice' project (€1.7M) and has received prestigious awards including the APS Rising Star Award (2024) and EASP Early Career Award (2023).

She employs large-scale cross-cultural designs and innovative methodologies, including factorial surveys and intervention tournaments.
