Her recent publications highlight trends in multidrug-resistant pathogens across clinical, agricultural, and community settings, emphasizing genomic analysis and One Health approaches. Key contributions include studies on ESBL-producing bacteria in urinary infections, neonatal labor ward infections, and HIV-associated Enterobacterales carriage.
- Marie-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship
- WHO advisory role on foodborne diseases
Grants and advising: While specific grants are not detailed, her WHO advisory role and Marie-Curie fellowship suggest significant external support. She collaborates extensively with international institutions like the Sanger Institute (noted in authorships).
Labs/teams: Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in Africa and Europe focusing on microbiology, genomics, and public health policy.
