Luohua Jiang, MD, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Joe C. Wen School of Population & Public Health, University of California, Irvine. Her research focuses on chronic disease prevention, particularly diabetes, in socially vulnerable communities including Native American and minority populations. She provides statistical leadership for federally-funded studies addressing health disparities.

Her methodological expertise includes multilevel/longitudinal data analysis and latent variable modeling applied to community-based interventions.
