Dr Luke Heslop is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, specializing in ethnographic studies of South Asian infrastructure development. His work focuses on road builders' knowledge practices and socio-political dynamics in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
