Lukasz Krych

Lukasz Krych is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science at the Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on the intersection of food microbiology, gut health, and fermentation technologies, with particular expertise in high-throughput community sequencing and bioinformatics.

His computational expertise spans Qiime, C++, R, Matlab, and bash, with additional skills in hardware assembly and software management for custom-built analysis workstations.
