Lukasz Grzybowski

Lukasz Grzybowski is a Professor of Economics at the University of Cape Town (School of Economics) and the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Economic Sciences). His research focuses on telecommunications economics, regulatory policy, and digital inclusion. He has published extensively on topics such as mobile infrastructure, broadband deployment, and the impact of technology on markets and employment in developing regions like Sub-Saharan Africa.
