Luisa Valle is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Spitzer School of Architecture, City College of New York (CUNY). She holds a Ph.D. in Art and Architectural History (2022) and an Advanced Certificate in Critical Theory (2022), both from The Graduate Center, CUNY. Her academic journey includes an M.Phil. in Art History (2018), an M.A. (2012), and a B.A. (2007) in Art History. Her teaching roles span Vassar College (2022–2025), multiple CUNY institutions (Hunter College, Guttman, Spitzer School), and international collaborations. Research interests focus on Latin American modernism, intersections of art/architecture, critical theory, and urban studies.
