Luis Salas

Luis Salas is a Professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida International University's Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. He serves as Associate Vice President for Research and directs the Center for the Administration of Justice (CAJ).

His work focuses on justice reform in developing countries, democracy building, and governance challenges. CAJ is recognized as a leading institution in global justice system reform under his leadership.
