Luis Carlos García Palomo

Luis Carlos García Palomo is a Lecturer at the College of Sciences and Arts of the Catholic University of Ávila. He is affiliated with the EPACT (Estudios del Patrimonio Cultural Teresiano) research group.

His research focuses on the impact of rural depopulation on public infrastructure sustainability, particularly examining ecclesiastical cultural heritage in Ávila. His doctoral thesis developed a calculation methodology for assessing this impact through a case study of Ávila's cultural assets.
