Ludovica Cardinali

Ludovica Cardinali is an RTT Researcher in Methods and Didactics of Motor Activities (SSD M-EDF/01) at the Department of Life Sciences, Health and Health Professions, Link Campus University, Rome. She holds a PhD in Human Movement and Sport Sciences from the University of Rome 'Foro Italico'. Previously, she served as a research fellow at the University of Florence, the University of Rome 'Foro Italico', and eCampus University.

Research Interests: Focus on physical activity/exercise for health improvement, chronic disease management, and promoting healthy lifestyles across populations with diverse physical conditions and age groups. Active in national/international research projects and collaborations.

Teaching: Teaches Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities in the Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences (L-22) at eCampus University.

Affiliations: Full member of the Italian Society of Exercise and Sport Sciences (SISMeS) and the Italian Society of Food Science (SISA).
