Lucy Egan

Dr. Lucy Egan serves as a Research Scientist at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), where she has been an integral member of the cotton breeding team since November 2020. Her work focuses on integrating host plant resistance mechanisms against pests and diseases into cotton breeding programs to develop resilient, sustainable varieties for agricultural use.
