Lucinda Perry Jones, Ed.D., is an Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies. She holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Global (2022), an MA in Public Administration from Saint Louis University (1993), and a BA in Theatre Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1988). Her research focuses on Influence, Conscious Leadership, and Trauma-Informed Leadership, emphasizing organizational development and human service leadership.
Her publications include a 2022 doctoral dissertation on nonprofit CEO leadership and a 2023 chapter in On the VERGE of resilience, exploring resilience frameworks. She received the 2016 Bank of America Emerging Leader award through the Neighborhood Builders program.
Professional affiliations include the UMass Global Ed.D. Program Advisory Board, St. Louis Organizational Development Network, and contributions to the G.R.I.T. Community. She actively participates in community initiatives like TedX St. Louis and OneRace Cohort.
