Lucille Siegel

Lucille Siegel, MPH, is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health. She holds extensive experience in developing organizational structures for research and service delivery, with a focus on healthcare access, quality, and cost. Ms. Siegel has secured competitive grants and led initiatives to expand research and service funding. She earned her MPH in Health Behavior and Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984.
