Luke Kellett is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Maine at Farmington. He is a professional archaeologist with expertise in human-environment interactions during periods of climate change, focusing on the American Southwest and the Andean region of Peru. His research emphasizes the prehistoric settlement ecology of the Chanka ethnic group (AD 1000-1400) during drought and social upheaval in highland Peru.
