Lucas Battich

Lucas Battich is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Jean Nicod Institute (IJN), a cognitive science laboratory jointly operated by CNRS, École Normale Supérieure (ENS), and École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). His research integrates perceptual attention, metacognition, and social cognition, examining how perception is influenced by social factors through combined philosophical and experimental psychological approaches.

Research interests focus on the interdisciplinary study of cognitive processes, particularly how others' perspectives shape perceptual experiences. This work bridges philosophy and empirical psychology to understand fundamental mechanisms of social cognition.
